Tobias Zimmer and Jan Sander founded Coffee-Bike in 2010 after realizing that they can eliminate the fixed cost of running a café by selling the beverage on wheels.

From having only a few branches in Germany, the Coffee-Bike system has now expanded to franchisees in eight countries, inside and outside of Europe. And now they are planning to enter India and other Asian countries.

We spoke to Jonathan Dobrawa, international franchise manager of Coffee-bike, at the Franchise India Expo 2018 to learn the growth strategies of the company.
